Danish Superliga club Brøndby IF has released its hummel home kit to be worn during the 2013/14 and 2014/15 seasons.
In Brøndby’s traditional yellow with blue and black accents, the new kit incorporates several design elements inspired by the club’s ten Danish league championships (all from 1985 to 2005).
Two stars appear above the Brøndby IF club crest. Each represents five of the club’s Superliga titles. Stars are also incorporated into the horizontal chest stripe and lower back graphics on the jersey with each formed from the tips of stars.
The year’s of Brøndby’s ten league titles are printed on the 2013/15 shirt’s neck taping while a print signifying the club’s support for hummel’s “Change The World Through Sports” campaign is appears on the inside upper back area of the jersey. Finally, the year of Brøndby IF’s founding, 1964, is printed on the outer upper back area of the kit between two stars.
Ninth place league finishers last season, Brøndby IF is currently in eleventh place in the twelve team 2013-14 Danish Superliga after nine matches played.
