Palmeiras adidas 2012 Fourth Kit

Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras (usually called Palmeiras) have followed the last week’s launch of their new home kit with that of their adidas 2012 fourth kit. The eight-time Brazilian champions will wear the new uniform when they travel to Grêmio on Sunday, May 27th for their second match of the 2012 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A season.

The new Palmeiras jersey features a embossed star in its front area. It uses predominantly lime green color scheme first seen with club’s 2007 third kit. The sleeves of the jersey and the accompanying shorts are in the club’s well-known darker green.

Last Brazilian league champions in 1994, Palmieras finished the 2011 Série A season in eleventh position. The Verdão (Big Green) has featured Brazilian internationals such as Alex, Edmundo, Rivaldo and Roberto Carlos in over the last twenty years.
