Colombia adidas 2011/12 Home and Away Jerseys / Camisetas

Both now available at World Soccer Shop, the Colombia adidas 2011/12 home and away jerseys were officially launched last night at the Palacio de los Deportes de Bogotá (Bogota Sports Palace). On hand for the kit launch were Latin Grammy winners Chocquibtown and members of the Colombian Under-20 and women’s national teams.

The 2011/12 Colombia adidas kits will feature for the first time when Los Cafeteros’ (The Coffee Growers in English) meet South American rivals Ecuador and Chile in Madrid and Den Haag on March 26th and 29th respectively. They will also be used when Colombia hosts the FIFA Under-20 World Cup 2011 in July and August and at the FIFA Women’s World Cup in June and July.

Finally, the new kits will be on show to soccer fans around the world when Colombia participates in the Copa America 2011 in July. With the likes of Hugo Rodallega (Wigan), Mario Yepes (AC Milan) and Cristián Zapata (Udinese) in its ranks, Colombia is expected to challenge for a spot in the quarter-finals of the South American championship.
