River Plate adidas 2010/11 Home Jersey / Camiseta

Argentine giants River Plate have gone retro with a 2010/11 adidas home jersey very similar to that worn during the club’s Copa Libertadores and Intercontinental Cup winning 1986 season.

The new kit to be worn by Los Millonarios (The Millionaires) for the upcoming Primera Argentina Torneo Apertura was launched on Friday at the club’s Museo River (River Museum) and is already on sale in Argentina.

River Plate kicks off the new season on August 8th against Tigre at their fabled Estadio Antonio Vespucio Liberti.
