adidas Football has officially revealed the South Africa away kit for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The release provides the squad with a distinct alternate look to its 2026/27 home jersey as they prepare for international competition on the global stage, following the design specifications established for the current tournament cycle.

The South Africa World Cup 2026 adidas away  jersey is characterized by a dark green base color and a structured polo collar. The collar includes white piping along the edge, matching the white trim found on the sleeve cuffs.

A prominent feature of the shirt is the series of tonal vertical stripes that cover the torso. These stripes contain a repeating geometric herringbone pattern, providing a textured appearance to the fabric. The signature adidas three stripes are positioned on the shoulders in a contrasting gold finish.

In terms of the full kit ensemble, the new Bafana Bafana alternate  jersey is paired with white shorts and white socks. The shorts feature gold vertical stripes down the lateral sides, maintaining consistency with the jersey’s accents. The white socks are detailed with gold horizontal bands at the top and include the “SAFA” acronym and a green trefoil logo on the front.

The South Africa World Cup 2026 adidas kit range was worn for the first time during matches against Panama in March 2026.

South Africa is pooled with Mexico, Czechia, and South Korea in the group phase of World Cup 2026. The away uniform is expected to be featured in matches where kit clashes necessitate a change from the primary home colors.
