Italian sportswear manufacturer Macron has outfitted Benin’s national football team, Les Écureuils (the Squirrels), with distinctive home and away kits for the Africa Cup of Nations 2025. The designs, which have been worn by both the men’s and women’s national teams since earlier in 2025, will be on display as Benin competes in Group D of the tournament.
The Benin AFCON 2025 home jersey features a vibrant yellow base complemented by green shoulder inserts, reflecting Benin’s national colors. A stylized waving Beninese flag runs diagonally across the chest in green, yellow, and red stripes, creating a dynamic visual element. Below this, a tone-on-tone leopard graphic adds cultural significance to the design. Player numbers on the back are rendered in bold red against the yellow fabric.

The Benin AFCON 202 away kit maintains the same design philosophy but inverts the color palette. The white base shirt features dark grey shoulder and side inserts, with the diagonal flag pattern and leopard graphic repeated in the same tricolor arrangement. This version provides strong contrast while maintaining design continuity with the home kit. Both versions showcase clean, modern lines that balance national symbolism with contemporary sportswear aesthetics.

Benin will debut these kits when they face the Democratic Republic of Congo on 23 December in Rabat, followed by matches against Botswana on 27 December in Rabat and Senegal on 31 December in Tangier.
