PUMA and the Football Association of Iceland (KSÍ) have officially introduced the new national team jersey for the Icelandic squads. Set to represent the nation in fixtures over the coming year, the Iceland 2026 PUMA home kit will be worn by both the men’s and women’s national teams. The kit is scheduled to make its on-pitch debut during the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 qualifiers in March 2026.

Designed to reflect the country’s unique geography, the Iceland 2026 home shirt channels the nation’s volcanic landscapes and icy resilience. PUMA Football describes the uniform as a kit forged from contrasts, drawing direct inspiration from glaciers and the fire of a nation ready to erupt on the world stage once again. This thematic approach aims to capture the spirit of the team through the duality of Iceland’s natural environment.

Visually, the shirt features a primary blue base synonymous with Icelandic football history. The design incorporates a dark blue crew neck collar that provides a subtle contrast to the main body of the jersey. On the chest, the PUMA Cat logo is applied in white on the right side, while the national team crest sits on the left. The crest utilizes a stylized, geometric line-art design in white, standing out against the textured blue fabric.

Additional details include dark blue paneling running down the sides and underarms of the shirt, offering a streamlined aesthetic. White PUMA logos are also positioned on the tops of the shoulders, visible from both front and rear angles. A distinctive feature is found on the back of the neck, where the word “liðsheild” (team) is printed in a lowercase, white font, adding a localized typographic element to the reverse of the jersey.
