Kappa and the Tunisian Football Federation have launched the third jersey that the Eagles of Carthage will wear at the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations and for the rest of 2024.
The new jersey showcases local craftsmanship through mosaic patterns and features a flower that is cherished by Tunisians: the bougainvillea.
Tunisia national team players will wear Kombat PRO 2024 jerseys equipped with Kombat Pro System technology, which is unique to Kappa. Durable, elastic, and breathable, Tunisia’s jerseys are intended to help the Eagles of Carthage excel during matches.
The Tunisia 2024 Kappa third kit is predominantly royal blue, which symbolizes Tunisia’s close ties to the Mediterranean Sea. The front of the jersey features a tone-on-tone pattern inspired by the traditional mosaics of Sidi Bou Said, a village located on the shores of the sea a few kilometers from the Tunisian capital. Nicknamed the “little white and blue paradise,” the seaside resort, which was once connected to the city of Carthage, is known for its colorful houses, facades, doors, and ceramic mosaics.
To incorporate the red and white colors of Tunisia, a pattern featuring the bougainvillea flower, the emblem of Sidi Bou Said, is added to the cuffs.
The Tunisia 2024 third shirt uses the same Kappa polo collared design used for the team’s new home and away kits. The Kappa and FTF logos are crafted with iridescence to add a modern touch to the outfit.
