Tunisia 2024 Kappa Home and Away Kits
Kappa and the Tunisian Football Federation have jointly revealed the captivating home and away kits that the Eagles of Carthage will sport during the upcoming 2024 Africa Cup of Nations and for the 2024/25 international football season. The collaboration between Kappa and Tunisia embraces the rich history of the country by featuring a design inspired by a significant historic monument.
Set to take place from January 13 to February 11, 2024, in Côte d’Ivoire, the Africa Cup of Nations will witness Tunisia showcasing jerseys that not only represent their national pride but also celebrate the nation’s heritage. The Tunisian Football Federation has opted for the Kombat PRO 2024 jersey design, incorporating the exclusive Kombat Pro System technology by Kappa. Designed to be durable, elastic, and breathable, these jerseys aim to empower the Eagles of Carthage throughout the competition.
The Tunisia 2024 Kappa home shirt prominently displays the iconic red and white colors associated with the former African champions. The front of the jersey is adorned with a subtle tone-on-tone pattern inspired by the El Jem Amphitheatre, a historic monument situated in the heart of the country. Dating back to the 3rd century, this UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979 mirrors the grandeur of the Roman Empire, with its design modeled after the Colosseum in Rome, making it one of the largest amphitheaters in the world.
The Tunisia 2024/25 away jersey boasts a dominant white color scheme. It uses the same Kappa template as the home shirt.
In a notable departure from previous designs, the technical specifications of the new kits include a vintage polo collar, a nod to Tunisia’s rich heritage. A touch of modernity is present with iridescent Kappa and FTF logos.
Tunisia’s journey in AFCON begins on January 16 against Namibia, with subsequent matches against Mali on the 20th and South Africa on the 24th.
