Everton Football Club has released its hummel away kit for the 2023/24 season. The new Toffees alternate jersey is a combination of two iconic designs from the early years of the Premier League.
The Everton 23/24 alternate shirt has a coral and navy color scheme and vertical stripes, inspired by the away kit from 1992 to 1994. The shirt also features a bold, striking pattern, based on the Everton away kit worn from 1994 to 1996.
A tower icon appears on the nape of the shirt while hummel’s classic chevrons run down the shoulders. The accompanying shorts and socks are navy with coral chevrons.
The kit will make its debut on Saturday when Everton’s Men’s Senior team plays a pre-season friendly against Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium.
James Tarkowski, a defender who modeled the kit, said: ” Personally, I always like the throwback kits and I think you can see how the elements of the two from the ‘90s have been used.
“As a player, you still want it to look and feel modern and have all the latest technology – and I think hummel have created something that does that.
“We know our away following is second to none, and I’m looking forward to wearing this and having those fans behind us again this season.”
