Real Madrid and adidas have revealed the Spanish LaLiga giants’ 2023/24 away kit – ‘el alma del club’. The navy blue jersey is inspired by the club’s loyal fans – the Madridistas..
Real Madrid fans show their dedication by following their team everywhere throughout the season. The jersey’s design pays tribute to this devotion, with a navy base and a tonal infinity symbol graphic – a sign of the endless support that Real Madrid fans always give.
The design is enhanced with the iconic adidas three stripes on each sleeve in gold, silver and violet – the official colours of the club – reflecting the joy and freedom that fans feel when they travel abroad to cheer for Real Madrid.
Jude Bellingham, Toni Kroos, Nacho, David Alaba and the rest of Real Madrid will wear the jersey for the first time against AC Milan in the first match of the Soccer Champions Tour, in Los Angeles on July 24, 2023.
Sam Handy, Vice-President for Design at adidas commented: “Home and away, Real Madrid is a club with a huge fanbase that will follow their team anywhere, no matter where or when.
With this season’s away jersey we’ve encapsulated the adventurous feeling experienced when travelling to away games – something both supporters and players can identify with. In what is shaping up to be an exciting season for the club, we can’t wait to see Madridistas from all over the world wearing the jersey during the upcoming season.”
