Portugal World Cup 2022 Nike Home and Away Kits

Team captain Cristiano Ronaldo and the rest of the talent-rich Portugal men’s national team will debut their newly launched FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar Nike home and away kits during their upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Czech Republic and Spain.

The Portugal World Cup 2022 Nike home jersey combines the red and green of the country’s national flag using blocks separated by diagonal lines on its front and back. The look is intended to emulate the look of a Portuguese flag draped over a person’s body.

The concept is used for the shirt’s launch campaign slogan – ‘Veste a Bandeira’ (Wear the Flag). An armillary sphere is printed on the kit’s nape in a nod to Portugal’s maritime history.

Portugal’s 2022/23 Nike away jersey is Sail White (an off-white tone) to make it stand out among other white alternate shirts. The red and white of the Portuguese flag appear in a chest band. Dark blue on the rounded neckline and sleeve cuffs pay tribute to Portugal’s expansive Atlantic coastline.

Portugal will meet Ghana, South Korea, and Uruguay in the group stage of FIFA World Cup 2022.
