Nottingham Forest Football Club released their 2022/23 Macron away kit on Friday. It will be worn over the course of the upcoming English Premier League, EFL Cup, and FA Cup campaigns.
The Forest 22/23 alternate jersey features a striking yellow and blue colorway inspired by the club’s 1978 away shirt. The kit is remembered as the one worn when Nottingham Forest won its first Football League Cup via a final replay win against Liverpool at Old Trafford. The team also won its sole First Division (now the Premier League) title that year.
The sleeves, side stripes, neck trim, and shorts trim of the Nottingham Forest 2022/23 strip jersey feature the ironwork pattern of the Trent Bridge that fans cross to and from the City Ground on match days.
Nottingham Forest will wear their new away kit for the first time during Saturday’s pre-season friendly against relegated Barnsley at Oakwell.
