Bayer 04 Leverkusen 2022 Jako Derby Kit

Bayer 04 Leverkusen has released a limited edition Jako kit that will be worn for Sunday’s North Rhine-Westphalia derby match against 1. FC Köln.

Only 1,930 (in recognition of Bayer 04 Leverkusen’s founding year) cream colored jersey will be available.

The shirt features the city of Leverkusen coat of arms on its front instead of Bayer 04’s sponsor logo. The print is symbolic of the club’s connection with its hometown.

A chip in the kit’s hem provides owners with exclusive information about the jersey and Jako’s sustainability initiatives. It also gives the option to register shirt ownership rights via blockchain technology.

Proceeds from the sales of the Bayer 04 Leverkusen 2022 Jako Derby kit will go towards assisting Ukrainian war refugees.
