Last season’s Belgian Pro League champions Club Brugge begin their 2021/22 UEFA Champions League group stage run against Lionel Messi and Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.
The Blauw-Zwart (Blue-Black) are outfitted by Italian sportswear firm Macron for the fifth season in a row and are the brand’s sole remaining club in the Champions League.
Club Brugge’s 2021/22 home jersey features the team’s traditional black and blue vertical stripes across its front and back. The sleeves, shoulder area and collar are all black with yellow accents.
The Brugge 21/22 away shirt uses the same modern v-neck design as the primary kit with a yellow base. Black and blue trim the front neckline and sleeve cuffs.
Both shirts have Club Brugge’s motto of “No Sweat / No Glory” printed on their names. The year of the team’s founding, 1891, is embossed on the jerseys’ upper left chest areas.
