English Premier League stalwart Everton Football Club unveiled its 2021/22 hummel home kit on Friday.
The shirt is in the well-known blue of The Toffees with yellow and white rear neckline and sleeve trim. It uses a bespoke rounded neck design from hummel with a two-toned pattern on its front. The design is inspired by “the role of the city of Liverpool and its docks in painting naval ships with the inventive and bold livery during the First World War.”
hummel chevrons run along the kit’s shoulders and down the sides of the accompanying white or blue shorts. They also appear at the front of the white or blue socks that complete Everton’s latest home strip.
Each Everton 21/22 home jersey is made of hummel’s EC08 fabric. The polyester fabric is made of recycled plastic bottles.
Currently in pre-season training, Everton kicks off its 2021/22 season at Manchester United on August 7th.
