PUMA and the Fotbalová asociace České republiky (FAČR) have dropped the away kit that will be worn by the Czech Republic men’s and women’s national teams over the next year. This includes at UEFA EURO 2020 and for FIFA World Cup 2022 qualification.
The Czech Republic 2021/22 away kit uses a modern crewneck design with a white base. The red of the country’s flag appears via chest stripe, shoulder flashes and the jersey’s sleeve cuffs. “CZECH REPUBLIC” is printed in blue on the mid-chest above the FACR badge. A PUMA Cat logo is placed above the text.
“Red jerseys are a success for both players and fans. I believe that the white variant will provoke an equally positive reaction. After the postponement of the European Championships PUMA and I worked out various designs and details of what jerseys for matches on the opponents’ pitches should look like. I like the result and I’m looking forward to the national team wearing it at EURO matches,” said Martin Malík, Chairman of the Football Association of the Czech Republic.
