AIK 2021/22 Nike Home Kit

Popular Swedish Allsvenskan club AIK Fotboll has released its 2021 Nike home kit. Its release follows that of a much-sought after 130th Anniversary jersey that the team wore during its pre-season.

The shirt is in AIK’s customary home blacl with yellow details that include offset side stripes, the Nike Swoosh and sponsor logos.

The AIK crest on the kits is surrounded by an anniversary wreath with “Allmänna Idrottsklubben – stiftad den 15:e februari 1891” (General Sports Club – founded on February 15, 1891) printed on the nape.

The jersey uses Nike’s new crewneck Vapor Knit III kit design currently also worn by the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, FC Barcelona and Inter Milan.

AIK midfielder Sotirios Papagiannopoulos commented. “The shirt is incredibly comfortable, it feels like Nike has taken this to a new level. I am really looking forward to wearing the shirt for the Allsvenskan premiere.”
