Mexico 2021/22 adidas Home Jersey

adidas and La Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (FMF) have unveiled the Mexico 2021/22 home jersey. The shirt has a black base with details in Mexican pink – a special and unique color.

El Tri players Andrés Guardado, ‘Chucky’ Lozano, Diego Lainez, Katty Martínez, Henry Martin modeled the new Mexico home kit for its launch.

According to the FMF and adidas the design of the jersey is inspired by textile patterns that identify Mexico around the world in art and fashion. Wearing the Mexican pink color represents the cultural richness of the country and the joy of its people. It is reflected in characteristic elements Mexican traditions and celebrations, the country’s food, the architecture of renowned artists, streets, murals, and in nature.

Graphic patterns based on textile art stand out in a vibrant Mexican pink over the entire front of the jersey. The shoulders feature the three pink adidas stripes. The kit’s rounded neckline and sleeve cuffs are also trimmed in pink. The new uniform is complemented by shorts and socks in the same color scheme.

The Mexico men’s Under-23 team will debut the 2021/22 adidas home kit during Wednesday’s CONCACAF Olympic qualifier against regional rival USA. The Mexico senior men’s national team will don it for their international friendly against Wales on March 27th.
