Mainz 05 Lotto 2020 Carnival Jersey

German Bundesliga side 1. FSV Mainz 05 has released the 2020 version of their now annual Carnival (or Fastnacht) kit from Lotto Sport.

The jersey celebrates the city of Mainz’ annual celebration that takes place during the week before Lent.

The Mainz 05 2020 Carnival jersey (or Fastnachtstrikot in German) uses the festival’s colors of red, white, blue and yellow, which alternate via horizontal stripes.

The lower back of the jersey features a silhouette with the outline of Mainz 05’s OPEL Arena and the city’s St. Martin’s Cathedral.

Only 1,311 units of the Mainz 05 2020 Lotto Carnival jersey will be available. The quantity is based on the year of the city of Mainz’ founding.
