Hungary 2020/21 adidas Home Kit

adidas Football have revealed the Hungary 2020/21 home kit. It will see competitive action during the team’s UEFA EURO 2020 playoff run.

The Hungary 2020/21 home jersey colored red and white, with green detail around the collar, in celebration of the country’s national flag. The shirt’s graphic is inspired by the River Danube, located in the heart of Hungary, featuring various shades of red in spray-painted style to create a floating river effect.

A ‘Magyarország’ (the country’s name in Hungarian) detail meanwhile has been placed on the back of the neck to complete the elegant design.

“It was a unique challenge to design a jersey which successfully conveys the raw emotions of football and their unifying power. At the beginning of the creative process, we focused on sketches, which allowed us to be more human and emotional in expressing what we create. We’re pleased with the end result because we believe that the combination of art and football has been a success”, commented senior adidas designer Jürgen Rank.

The Hungary 2020/21 home kit sees the team in a non-generic template for the first time. It is made of 100% recycled polyester in a sustainability move by adidas.

The Hungary 20/21 adidas home kit will be available at  World Soccer Shop, Lovell Soccer, Pro:Direct Soccer, UK Soccer Shop and Kitbag.
