Lokomotiv Moscow 2019/20 Under Armour Kits

Current Russian Premier League table-toppers FC Lokomotiv Moscow travel to Juventus FC for a UEFA Champions League group stage meeting on Tuesday. 

The six-time Russian champions are donning kits from American sportswear firm Under Armour for the second season in a row this season.

To pay homage to Lokomotiv Moscow’s rich history in the rail industry, Under Armour designers paired best-in-class material innovation with subtle nods to the Russians who worked tirelessly to connect a sprawling nation via expanding railways through the 20th-century as the Soviet Union rose to power on the backs of a modern, well-built, rail system.

The Lokomotiv Moscow traditional badge on the upper left front of the 2019/20 kits proudly shows a steaming locomotive, always barreling forward.

That motif inspires the rest of the green and red home kit, green and white away kit, and grey and red third uniform.

Adorning the sleeves and shoulders of the 19/20 jerseys is a hammer and wrench insignia, the mark of the rail industry and a nod to the club’s deep roots in Moscow.

All of the Lokomotiv Moscow 2019/20 kits use brand new football shirt designs from Under Armour.

The partnership between Under Armour and Football Club Lokomotiv Moscow started in July 2018. The partnership includes Lokomotiv’s men’s first team, men’s reserve team, women’s team, Academy and Kazanka teams, along with support across performance and innovation platforms club-wide.
