France 2019 Rugby World Cup Home and Away Kits
le coq sportif have launched the home and away kits that France will wear at the 2019 Rugby World Cup later this month.
The new XV de France jerseys are the traditional home blue and away white of the country’s sports teams.
They use a bespoke design from le coq sportif featuring a Korean-styled collar. The chest and upper shoulders of the are in a different fabric texture than the rest of the shirts.
This is seen well on the home kit where the areas are in a darker shade of blue than the rest of the jersey. The French national flag is embroidered on the signoff areas of the shirts.
“NOTRE MAILLOT, NOTRE HISTOIRE, NOTRE PAYS” (OUR JERSEY, OUR HISTORY, OUR COUNTRY) is printed in gold on the inside collars.
Rugby World Cup finalists on three occasions, France will meet England, Argentina, USA and Tonga in Pool C of RWC 2019.
