SS Lazio 2018/19 Macron Home and Europa League Kits

Italy’s SS Lazio released their home kits for their 2018/19 Serie A and UEFA Europa League campaigns from technical sponsor Macron.

The SS Lazio 2018/19 Macron Serie A home kit is based on the club’s extremely popular 2015 “Eagle” 115th Anniversary shirt that was inspired by the 1982/83 and 1986/87 I Biancocelesti (The White and Sky Blues) primary shirts.

Lazio’s new Serie A home kit has a slim fit with micromesh inserts side to facilitate breathability. The shirt is divided into a white upper part and a lower blue part. The neck are has a sky blue polo collar with a neck insert at its front.

The inside neck is personalized with the Lazio crest and the words “NOI L’AMIAMO E PER LEI COMBATTIAMO” (WE LOVE THEM AND FOR YOU WE FIGHT). The jersey is highlighted with a sublimated navy blue eagle whose wings that continue onto the sleeves and back. The inscription “SS LAZIO 1900” is embroidered at the back underneath the collar.

The Lazio 18/19 UEFA Europa League home shirt is based on the same Macron template as the Serie A primary jersey. It has a white base with light blue detailing via stripes on its collar and a chest band that extends onto its sleeve.

The design of the kit is based on the away shirt that Lazio wore during ther 1999-2000 season. That campaign marked the Rome club’s centenary and away them win Serie A, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italia titles.

SS Lazio return to action later this month with a series of pre-season friendlies in Italy and Germany.
