Last season’s KNVB Cup champions Feyenoord Rotterdam have dropped their adidas home kit for their 2018/19 Dutch Eredivise, domestic cup and UEFA Europa League seasons.
Feyenoord’s 18/19 home jersey uses their famous red and white halves with black accenting.
Inspired by the kits worn by the Feyenoord teams of the 1980s and 1990s, the shirt has a black retro-styled collar reminiscent of the era and matching sleeve cuffs.
The green and white flag of the city of Rotterdam appears on the middle of the back outside collar.
adidas’ chest logo and shoulder stripes are black along with the shirt sponsor logo.
Several Feyenoord Rotterdam players (including former Netherlands, Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie) donned the club’s 2018/19 home kit during a training session on Monday at De Kuip.
