Middlesbrough FC 2018/19 Hummel Home and Away Kits

Middlesbrough Football Club will wear Hummel kits for the next five years following a nine-year stint with adidas.

Boro’s new look 2018/19 hummel home and away kits were recently unveiled to many accolades from the English Football League Championship club’s fan. They were revealed using the theme “SPIRIT OF ’86” in recognition of the last year that Middlesbrough wore Hummel shirts and their promotion from the old Third to Second Division of English Football.

The achievement was the first of successive promotions for the team that led to an appearance in predecessor to the Premier League (Division One).

The Middlesbrough 2018/19 home and away kits use bespoke designs from Hummel inspired by the Boro 1986/97 jerseys. The home shirt features the team’s well-known red base with a white chestband. The away kit is deep blue with white and bright blue details.

The words of musician Joseph Hammill’s Infant Hercules is printed on the inside neckline of the Middlesbrough 18/19 home jersey in an ode to the culture of Boro’s Teesside region.

UK Soccer Shop is expected to carry the Middlesbrough FC 2018/19 hummel home and away kit.
