Liverpool FC 2018/19 New Balance Home Kit

Today New Balance officially revealed the new 2018/19 Liverpool FC home kit. The kit launches the new LFC campaign for 2018/19, “This Means More” which encapsulates the feelings that all LFC fans around the world share about the club and how they feel when they pull on the LFC shirt.

The kit has been engineered using innovative NB DRY technology. The Jersey wicks moisture away from the skin to help keep players fresh and dry from first to final whistle. The 2018/19 home kit incorporates a jacquard linear graphic to the front of the shirt, reflecting the architecture of Anfield’s Main Stand.

Continuing with the Red Pepper tone, back by popular demand following the success of the 125th Anniversary home kit, the jersey also features top shoulder bonded tape, embroidered crest and a tipped two button polo collar.

To commemorate the tragic events of Hillsborough, the 96 emblem, encased by the eternal flames sits at the nape of the neck.

The Red Pepper shorts complete the look, featuring a concealed stretch fabric insert which also runs down the side of the shirt. The socks feature an elasticated ankle zone and rib Achilles region with cushioned protection. An additional cushioned heel zone and vented cushioned footbed and toe section have been designed to help players play with power, comfort and extra support.

The goalkeeper kit has been engineered in line with the outfield players’ jerseys and is a bold Viper Yellow with Black pattered sleeves and Black embroidered logo and crest. The kit is completed with Viper Yellow shorts and socks, with a Black cuff to the lower sock.

We’ve worked closely with LFC to create a kit which supports high performance on the pitch and is visually stunning as well. Liverpool FC club captain Jordan Henderson said: “The launch of our new kit is always really exciting. I really like that the colour has continued from last season, and the pattern gives it a really strong look. I am sure that the fans will really like and embrace it for next season.”
