Vancouver Whites FC today revealed their adidas away kit for their 2018 and 2019 Major League Soccer and Canadian Championship campaigns. The latest Caps alternate jersey will be on sale at World Soccer Shop, Kitbag, Pro:Direct Soccer and UK Soccer Shop.
The Vancouver Whitecaps 2018 away shirt see the club in a black jersey for the first time in their seven year MLS history. The color of the shirt is taken from the silver gray outline of the team’s crest.
The v-neck kit has a series of triangles throughout its fabric to represent the unity among the Whitecaps’ player, fans and the city of Vancouver. A Canadian Maple Leaf is printed on the signoff area as a symbol of national pride. “Our all. Our honour.” is printed on the inside neckline.
The kit uses a new adidas design with the brand’s iconic three stripes on each shoulder in silver grey. The jersey’s collar trim, sleeve cuffs, adidas and shirt sponsor logos all use the color as well for a clean look.
Vancouver Whitecaps kick off the 2018 MLS season at Montreal Impact on March 4th.
