Cerezo Osaka stormed back into the Japanese J1 League with a third place finish and J.League Cup title after two years in the second division.
Managed by former South Korea midfielder Yoon Jong-Hwan, the club nicknamed Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) have revealed their 2018 home, away and AFC Asian Champions (ACL) kits from PUMA Japan.
The pink home, white away and pink and black striped ACL shirts are the first professional club jerseys to use PUMA’s new LIGA design. The classic feel template includes a roundneck collar along the firm’s famous Formstripe on the sleeves and shoulders. Both are in colors that contrast with the rest of the kit.
Cerezo Osaka return to action on Saturday in an Emperor’s Cup semi-final meeting at Vissel Kobe.
