Liverpool FC vs. England Cricket x New Balance

New Balance has unveiled a video bringing together two of their sponsored teams Liverpool Football Club and England Cricket. Liverpool FC players Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joe Gomez hosted England cricketers Jimmy Anderson and Moeen Ali at the Melwood training ground, inviting them to compete in a series of challenges.

The two New Balance sponsored teams faced-off in a battle of Cricket vs Football, competing against each other in an array of football and cricketing drills, designed to put the players through their paces.

The Liverpool visit was just a few weeks before the England cricketers embark on the Ashes defence in Australia this winter. Liverpool fan, Moeen Ali, and Jimmy Anderson were given a guided tour of Anfield as part of the trip.
