Sixteen-time Argentine football champions Club Atlético Independiente completed the launch of their 2017/18 PUMA match range with the release of their new away kit on Wednesday.

Los Diablos Rojos (The Red Devils) will wear their traditional home red and away white with dark blue details during their Primera División and Copa Argentina seasons over the next year. Independiente  are also donning a black third kit that is part of PUMA’s 2017/18 Step Out soccer jersey collection.

All three kits use new PUMA designs with the home and third shirts featuring a modern v-neck collar with a stand-up portion beyond the chest area. They also feature PUMA’s new Ascension shoulder and sleeve striping.

The Club Atlético Independiente  2017/18 PUMA away kit has a pronounced crew neck. The relatively simple shirt uses CAI’s first crest that was used by the then fledgling club from 1905 to 1914.

Known for producing Argentina internationals such as Sergio “Kun” Aguero and Gabrial Milito, Independiente is currently in fourteenth place in the Primera table after five matches played in the season.
