Hamburger SV 2017/18 adidas Home and Away Kits

German Bundesliga stalwarts Hamburger SV have launched their 2017/18 adidas home and away kits ahead of the start of their DFB-Pokal campaign next weekend.

The HSV 2017/18 adidas home kit  is based on the jersey worn by the club during their triple-winning  1982/83 season. That year a Hamburger SV team featuring legends such as Uli Stein, Felix Magath and Horst Hrubesch won the club’s sixth Bundesliga title along with the DFB-Supercup and UEFA Europpean Cup (now the Champions League).

The front of the white kit is highlighted two red stripes along the chest taken from the 82/83 home shirt. longitudinal strip on the chest. The HSV motto of “Nur der HSV” (Only the HSV) is printed on the outside upper back of the jersey. The kit is matched with red shorts and blue socks.

Hamburg’s 17/18 away kit carries a purely contemporary look . The marine blue crewneck jersey has a series of diamond (taken from the HSV crest) running along its front.  “Nur der HSV”  is also printed on its signoff area. The shirt is matched with dark blue shorts and socks.
