Italian powerhouse Juventus FC have revealed a self-branded retro kit collection celebrating their storied past.
The six shirt range includes the following shirts worn by Juve legends from the 1950s to early 1990s:
Juventus 1952/53 Home Kit – Worn by the club during their ninth Scudetto-winning season.
Juventus 1977 UEFA Cup First Leg Kit – Worn by Juve in the first leg of their 1977 UEFA Cup Final aggregate win of Athletic Bilbao. The title was Juventus’ first European crown.
Juventus 1977 UEFA Cup Second Leg Kit – Worn during the second leg of the 1977 UEFA Cup Final.
Juventus 1984/95 Home Kit – Donned by legends such as Michel Platini, Boniek and and Paolo Rossi as Juventus won the first of their two European championships.
Juventus 1984 UEFA Cup Winners Cup Kit – Juventus’ shirt for their sole UEFA Cup Winners Cup title.
Juventus 1993 UEFA Cup Final Kit – Worn by Juventus during their home and away legs of the 1993 UEFA Cup Final series against Borussia Dortmund. The aggregate victory gave Juve their third UEFA Cup title.
Juventus’ current technical partner is adidas. While I Bianconeri (The White and Blacks) have released this series of classic kits adidas may also launch Juve retro jerseys under their Originals brand.
