Santos FC 2016/17 Kappa Third Kit

Campeonato Brasileiro Série A title contenders Santos Futebol Clube have revealed their 2016/17 third kit from Kappa Brasil.

The new Santos FC change kit features a bespoke design from Kappa that includes a classic v-neck. The collar, sleeves and shoulder areas of the jersey are in a darker shade of blue than the rest of the jersey. The front and back are light blue towards the top of the shirt. A gradient effect leads to a darker blue on the bottom half.

The black and white stripes of the Santos crest run down the middle of the kit in a vertical band. “O melhor do seculo nas Americas” (The best of the century in the Americas) is printed on the inside neckline while a specially designed badge with the text “The Football 5 Kingdom” and “O Reino do Futebol” (The Football Kingdom) surrounding it appears on the right breast.

Known for producing Brazilian greats like Pele, Neymar and Robinho, Santos FC debuted their 2016/17 Kappa third kit in a 2-1 Série A win over Fluminense on Wednesday evening.
