AZ Alkmaar 2016/17 Under Armour Third Kit

AZ Alkmaar debuted a colorful 2016/17 Under Armour third kit during Thursday’s 3-0 UEFA Europa League playoff win at FK Vojvodina.

The Dutch Eredivisie club’s new change shirt is predominantly purple with a modern v-neck collar that is orange towards its back. The front of the jersey has a print of castle ramparts inspired by the Alkmaar castles that withstood Spanish attacks in 1573 during the Dutch War of Independence.

The AZ Alkmaar 16/17 third uniform is completed with gray shorts and orange socks.

AZ Alkmaar’s 2016/17 Under Armour home and away kits were released in the lead-up to the new Netherlands domestic season.
