Emelec 2016 adidas Home and Away Jerseys

Ecuadorian Serie A champions of the last three seasons Club Sport Emelec unveiled their first adidas kits since switching from New Balance in the off-season.

Well-received by the club’s fan on social media, the Emelec 2016 adidas home kit is in what adidas calls “Power Blue” with the traditional sash of “El Bombillo (The Lightbulb)” in light gray. The adidas branding and trim on the shirt’s v-neck collar is also light gray.

Emelec’s 2016 away jersey uses the same design with a white base and a blue sash and detailing.

Emelec debuted their 2016 home kit during Wednesday evening 3-1 pre-season friendly win over Peru’s Alianza Lima at the Estadio Los Chirihos.
