Afghanistan 2016 SAFF Suzuki Cup hummel Home and Away Kits

The Afghanistan men’s national soccer team wore their 2016 SAFF Suzuki Cup hummel home and away kits during their run to Sunday’s final of South Asia’s football championship.

With a perfect record and not scored on  in their four South Asian Football Federation matches to date, the “Lions of Khorasan” meet hosts India as they look to become regional champions for the second time in a row.

The Afghanistan 2016 SAFF Suzuki Cup home and away jerseys use hummel’s modern feel Liverpool design taken from their 2015/16 teamwear catalog. The home kit is predominantly red while the away uniform is mainly white. Both feature black combination v-neck and standup collars and hummel chevrons. The Afghanistan Football Federation crest is embroidered on the left of both shirts.

Ranked 150th in the world by FIFA, the Afghan team features a number of players plying their trades in the German, Dutch and Swedish lower divisions.
