La Real Federación Española de Fútbol and official supplier adidas today released the Spain EURO 2016 adidas away kit. Its unveiling comes two days after that of La Furia Roja’s (The Red Fury) new home uniform.
On sale at World Soccer Shop, Subside Sports, Kitbag, UK Soccer Shop and Lovell Soccer, the latest Spanish kit sees the reigning European champions in a predominantly white alternate uniform for the first time since the 2011/12 international season. They did wear a white third strip in a 5-1 loss to the Netherlands to in their first match of the 2014 World Cup. However, the kit was never made available for sale.
The Spain EURO 2016 adidas away jersey has a simple crewneck design that is highlighted by a series of triangles that blend from yellow to red on its front. adidas says that the shapes are inspired by Fernando Torres’ 84th minute goal in the final of EURO 2012 that essentially sealed a second consecutive title for the Spaniards.

Four years later, Spain’s UEFA EURO 2016 away jersey is inspired by the passion and emotion of that moment. This men’s football jersey displays a large front graphic that emulates a heat map of Torres’ epic goal using triangular shapes inspired by la Roja’s tiki-taka style of play.
adidas trademark three stripes run down the sides of the jersey while the colors of the Spanish national flag appear on the backside of the shirt”s ribbed collar.
Resurgent after a forgettable World Cup, Spain will debut their adidas EURO 2016 away kit when they meet Belgium at the Stade Roi Baudouin in Brussels on Tuesday in friendly action.
