France 2015 Rugby World Cup adidas Home Kit

The Fédération Française de rugby (FFR) and technical partner adidas have released the France 2015 Rugby World Cup home kit. It will be on sale at World Rugby Shop, Kitbag and Lovell Rugby in the lead-up to September’s world championship.

The new XV de France home shirt was made with input from France’s greatest captain ever, Jean-Pierre Rives, and includes a detailed quote from the now artist on its inside neck area.

While the jersey uses the same adidas Rugby template as the French 2015/16 home jersey, the stripes on its shoulders have been removed. A large embossed graphic has been added to the left front of the shirt and continues onto its back. A Rugby World Cup 2015 high-density print appears on the on right chest.

Rugby World Cup runners-up on three occassions (1987, 1999 and 2011), France will face Ireland, Italy, Canada and Romania in Pool D of this year’s tournament.
