The Rugby Football Union (RFU) and technical partner Canterbury recently launched the England 2015 Rugby World Cup home and away kits. Both are now available at World Rugby Shop, Kitbag Rugby and Lovell Rugby in fan replica and player issue (or Pro) versions.
The white home and red away kits feature Canterbury’s Loop 21.4 collar, an evolution of Canterbury’s signature Loop 21 neckline developed for enhanced durability. The kits are made specifically for the 2015 Rugby World Cup it has no sponsor branding. The official Rugby World Cup logo appears on the right breast while the iconic Webb Ellis trophy is on the right sleeve in recognition of the England’s 2003 RWC triumph.
The England 2015 Rugby World Cup home and away Pro shirts feature a 3D injection moulded crest, providing an innovative and beautiful twist on the nation’s best known rugby symbol – the RFU rose. Featuring Vapodri technology which wicks moisture away from the skin, the jerseys keep the wearer more comfortable. The classic Canterbury loop neckline provides a comfortable fit with the visible wax stamp hologram depicting the highest level of quality.
The England 2015 Rugby World Cup home and away shirts were developed by Canterbury and England Rugby following more than 220 hours of testing and 250,000 miles of travel to improve both the look, feel and performance of the kits. They are the most lightweight Canterbury kits ever produced.
Hosts of Rugby World Cup 2015, England are grouped with Australia, Wales, Fiji and Uruguay in Pool A of this year’s tournament.
