Barclays Premier League stalwarts and last season’s FA Cup finalists Aston Villa Football Club unveiled their 2015/16 home and away kits from Macron Sports on Tuesday night at Villa Park. Both will be on sale at World Soccer ShopSubside Sports, UK Soccer Shop and Kitbag in the lead up to Villa’s August 8th season opener at newcomers Bournemouth.

According to The Villans website: Tim Sherwood will lead Villa into his first full campaign as boss and these are the strips his players will be wearing.

They are modelled by Fabian Delph, Gabby Agbonlahor, Christian Benteke, Jack Grealish, Scott Sinclair and Ciaran Clark.

They are manufactured by official kit partner Macron and feature official main sponsor Intuit QuickBooks on the front.

The home kit is naturally claret and blue and is a classic piece, drawing inspiration from shirts of previous seasons.

The subtle shadow-effect stripes create a three dimensional impression to the shirt, making it stand out.

It features underarm vents and M Performance System fabric to increase comfort, breathability and moisture absorption. The shirt also includes ‘Villans’ detail to the back of the neck. The shirt is claret body with blue sleeves and blue collar with claret trim. The shorts are white with claret trim while the socks are claret and blue hoops.

The away strip – all-white in the previous campaign – is a statement piece, differing somewhat from shirts of previous seasons.

It is a vibrant yellow with black detail and introduces a remixed tonal crest, giving it a fresh and unique look. The away shirt is a union of modern on trend design and manufacturing infused with tradition.

It incorporates a round-neck collar with popper button fastening and satin inserts to the shoulder to give it a luxurious look and feel.

The shirt also includes ‘Aston Villa’ detailing to the back of the neck.

It’s yellow shirt body with black collar, black shorts with yellow trim and yellow socks with black detailing.
