Orlando Pirates 2015/16 adidas Away Kit

South Africa’s Orlando Pirates Football Club today unveiled a red away kit for the 2015/16 Premier Soccer League season.

The modern new Pirates shirt will be worn by the four-time PSL champions when they take the pitch at the Bidvest Stadium against AS Kaloum in second leg of their CAF Confederations Cup Playoff series.

The Buccaneers 15/16 away jersey uses one of adidas’ new shirt designs for the ongoing kit cycle. It is highlighted by black mesh on its v-neck collar, sleeve cuffs and waist area. A series of red tonal horizontal lines blend the darker red of the upper chest area of the shirt to a lighter red at its bottom.

Adrian De Souza, Senior Category Manager at adidas South Africa commented, “This will be a trendy jersey that further entrenches a strong emotional connection with the Club and stimulates a pride in the jersey, particularly amongst the young supporters.”
