Australia 2015 AFC Asian Cup Champions Nike Jerseys

Football Federation Australia and technical sponsor Nike are celebrating the Socceroos first continental title with the release of the Australia 2015 AFC Asian Cup Champions home and away jerseys.

The new shirts see the addition of circular golden crest to the Australia 2014/15 Nike kits. It has a picture of the Asian Cup and text reading “AFC ASIAN CUP CHAMPIONS 2015”.  The commemorative shirts have the text “CHAMPIONS” in the player name area of their backs and the number 15 printed on their fronts and backs.

The home version of the commemorative Socceroos kit was first seen during Australia’s post-match celebrations following their 2-1 defeat of Korea Republic in the final of the Asian Cup on January 31.

Australia’s senior men’s national soccer team is expected to include the Asian Cup Champions patch on their kits until the 2019 edition of the competition.
