Shonan Bellmare notched their first win of the Japanese J. League Division 1 season with a 2-1 win at Kashima Antlers. This is a detailed look at their 2015 home and away kits from Brazilian sportswear firm Penalty.
The 2015 season sees the last season’s J2 champions wearing shirts that debut new designs from Penalty. This may be because of Shonan Bellmare’s standing as Penalty’s highest profile club outside of South America.
The Shonan Bellmare 2015 Penalty home jersey is in their traditional bright green. The blue and white of the club’s crest is incorporated via a vertical band on the front of the shirt. Blue also appears as flashing on the kit’s shoulders and on its collar. Finally, a subtle argyle pattern runs throughout the jersey.
Shonan Bellmare’s new away kit has a white base with fine green pinstripes. Bright green accents its shoulder and modern v-neck collar. As with the team’s new home shirt, three golden stars are placed above the Shonan crest to recognize their three major titles.
