Racing Club de Avellaneda 2015 Topper Home and Away Kits

Defending Argentine Primera champions Racing Club de Avellaneda have revealed their home and away kits for the 2015 domestic and Copa Libertadores seasons. They are provided by team outfitter Topper.

The Racing Club 2015 home shirt is in the customary sky blue and white vertical stripes of the team nicknamed “La Academia (The Academy)”. Black is used for the jersey’s rounded neck collar, sleeve cuffs, Topper logo and on its side ventilation panels. The Racing Club crest on the shirt has a new silver star added to it in recognition of the team’s latest title. In all seventeen silver stars (representing Primera championships) and seven golden stars (commemorating international trophies) border the badge.

Racing Club’s 2015 away kit is black with sky blue pinstripes. A retro club crest from the amateur era of Argentine football is used on it. An graphic celebrating Racing’s founding by students at El Colegio Nacional Central in 1901 is embossed on the mid-chest. Like the home kit, the 2015 Racing club alternate features the text “RACING CLUB EL PRIMER GRANDE” on its inside neck. “EL PRIMER GRANDE” (The first big team) is also printed on the should striping of the new jerseys.
