Colorado Rapids 2015 adidas Away Jersey

Colorado Rapids Soccer Club unveiled adidas away kit for the 2015 MLS season on Thursday night at their Season Kickoff Party. It will be available at World Soccer Shop and Kitbag.

The Rapids will wear a gold jersey with blue accenting this season. Red is also added to the  shirt in the form of a front of the collar insert and the number “5280” (representing the altitude in feet of the city of Denver). The colors used for the kit are those of the Colorado state flag.

“The idea of incorporating the state flag colors into the jersey is to show the pride that we have for our fans and for the state of Colorado,” said Wayne Brant, Senior Director of Marketing and Fan Development. “The ‘Colorado for Life’ notion is a fresh look that resonated well with our fans.”

The Rapids 2015 adidas away jersey also features the Colorado “C” is embossed onto the upper front of the shirt. The full Colorado state flag appears on lower left front corner of the shirt.

The Colorado Rapids 2015 secondary uniform is completed with blue shorts and blue socks with yellow stripes.
