Cape Verde 2015 Africa Cup of Nations Lacatoni Home and Away Kits

The Cape Verde national football team will make their second appearance in the African Cup of Nations later this month. As the Tubarões Azuis (Blue Sharks) look to better their 2013 quarter-final run, the Federação Caboverdiana de Futebol have unveiled the team’s 2015/16 home and away kits.

Provided by Portuguese sportswear firm Lacatoni, the Cape Verde 2015 African Cup of Nations home kit is in the team’s customary blue. It has a ribbed v-neck collar that is mainly white and trimmed in red.

The sleeve cuffs of the shirt are similarly designed. The body of the jersey uses bands in two shades of blue. Both have prints of the islands comprising the Republic of Cab Verde within their borders.

The Cape Verde 2015/16 Lacatoni away jersey is all white with red accents on its rounded collar and sleeve cuffs.

The Cape Verde men’s team debuted their new home kit in a recent 1-0 friendly win of Equitorial Guinea. The alternate kit was used in a 3-2 win over Congo this past weekend.

The team is pooled with DR Congo, Tunisia and Zambia in Group B of the Orange Africa Cup of Nations Equatorial Guinea 2015.
