Umbro Brasil has released two new shirts for popular Campeonato Brasileiro Série B (second division team) Clube Náutico Capibaribe. The new jerseys are a 2014/15 third and a classic-styled retro kit.
The Náutico 2014/15 Umbro third jersey uses halves in the traditional red and white of the Recife-based club. The team badge, Umbro logo and player numbering are all in gold. The part of the Náutico crest that features its initials and two paddles is printed throughout the shirt.
Náutico’s 2014/15 retro jersey is in their usual red and white vertical stripes. It is inspired by the kit worn by the team nicknamed “Timbu” when it won its first Campeonato Pernambucano (Pernambuco State Championship) in 1934. In commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the title, a 1930s Náutico badge is used on the cotton kit and a pennant it 1934 and 2014 is printed on its upper outside back.
Relegated from Série A at the end of the 2013 season, Náutico could only manage a 13th place finish in Série B in 2014.
