Millwall FC Launch 2014/15 World War I Commemorative Kit

London-based Football League Championship side Millwall FC today unveiled a limited edition 2014/15 Macron kit in recognition of those who fought in the Great War.

In the brown camouflage worn by the British armed forced, the new uniform will be worn on Saturday 8th November for Millwall’s home match against Brentford.

Some of the proceeds from the sale of the shirt will go to the Headley Court Military Rehabilitation Centre. Millwall’s Principle shirt sponsor, Euroferries, agreed to have their logo replaced by that of Headley Court on the jersey. It also features a remembrance poppy on the mid chest area.

The Millwall FC 2014/15 World War I Commemorative kit is the third from the team this season. Their 14/15 home and away kits were released over the summer.
