The Argentina 14/15 away rugby jersey uses a slim fitting crewneck design intended to reduce the ability of opponents to pull on players’ kits. It is highlighted by a series of geometric shapes in a darker shade of blue that the rest of the shirt.
The new strip has been worn by the Argentina men’s and women’s national rugby teams in competition since its release. The most notable of these was the now concluded 2014 Rugby Championship.
Currently ranked tenth in the world by the IRB, Argentina is considered the Western hemisphere’s best national rugby team. Their best finish in the Rugby World Cup was third in 2007.
